"Coffee was rough"
so... I was a little disappointed with the coffee here. I got a latte, and it had that burnt taste right away. The milk was also way too foamy instead of being smooth and creamy.
It felt like the drink was made in a hurry, even though the place didn’t seem that busy. It looked kind of messy too, and the espresso had that sharp bitter taste like the shots weren’t pulled quite right.
Maybe I just came on an off day, but for the price, I expected a better-made drink. The staff seemed fine, but the coffee itself really wasn’t great.

"Roast Was Consistent Overall"
I don’t really get the complaints, honestly. The roast seemed the same to me overall, though one bag looked just a little darker than the others. It wasn’t a big deal and didn’t ruin anything, just something I noticed.

"Pricey little coffee situation"
The coffee was fine, I guess, but this tiny-bag fancy-bean deal just didn’t feel worth the price. For what you get, it’s way too expensive. I wouldn’t buy it again
"A bit uncomfortable"
It was just... really loud, and the seats felt cramped and cold. I had a hard time getting comfortable.

"Save your time and skip these beans"
I was disappointed with these beans. As soon as I opened the bag, they had that stale smell, which wasn’t a great start. I tried brewing them a couple different ways hoping the flavor would improve, but the coffee still came out flat and dull with no real depth to it. For the price, I expected a lot better. Save your time and money—I won’t be ordering these again...

"They got back to me eventually"
I had to wait a bit longer than I expected, but they did respond eventually. I was checking my emails and receipt details in the meantime to make sure I hadn’t missed anything. Not the quickest experience, but they did get back to me in the end.

They’ve got some nice picks, and at first I was happy browsing through them, but actually, once I looked a little more, the selection felt kind of limited.

i mean, I was just trying to order some coffee, but the site made it harder than it needed to be. Pages were loading slowly for me, and it took a while to find basic info. The checkout also wasn’t super clear. The coffee might be great, but the website could definitely use some work.

"Got the coffee I wanted without any hassle"
I had a good experience ordering from bluetokaicoffee.com. The coffee I was looking for was actually in stock, which was a relief because I hate getting all the way to checkout just to find out something isn’t available. The order went through smoothly, and I’d definitely buy from them again. That said, if they ever start pulling the whole “out of stock at the last minute” thing, I’d probably just take my coffee orders somewhere else.

"Order was right, no complaints"
I ordered two bags of coffee everything showed up exactly how I picked it. No wrong bags, no messed up grind, no weird roast date issue, none of that annoying stuff. It was a simple order, sure, but I’ve had enough simple orders get messed up that I was half expecting some kind of problem. Thankfully there wasn’t one. The roast dates were right, the grind option was right, and nothing was missing. No complaints, no mix-ups, no hassle. I’d probably order again

"Food was just okay"
I tried the cafe once, and based on that visit, I’d say the food is average overall. It wasn’t bad or anything, but nothing really stood out. My sandwich was a little dry, though the coffee was actually better than the food.

I really liked that the origin info was clear. It just makes the whole thing feel more legit, ya know? Definitely helps me trust it more.

"Really happy with my coffee subscription"
I’ve been using this subscription for a few months now and I’m happy with it. The coffee is literally really nice, and the deliveries have mostly been on time. One bag did arrive a little late, but support got back to me quickly, so it wasn’t a big deal
"Fresh coffee, done right"
My coffee showed up quickly, and the second I opened it, it smelled super fresh. It tastes really smooth too, not stale like some other coffees I’ve tried. when you pay for good coffee, it feels only fair that it arrives fresh and lives up to the promise. Happy with this order...

"Pretty decent, just a little inconsistent"
I ordered the ground coffee and overall it was alright. The flavor was good in some cups, but the grind seemed a little uneven for my machine. Some brews came out tasty, others felt weaker than I expected. It’s not bad coffee, I just wish it was a bit more consistent.

"Nice spot for a coffee break"
I stopped by Blue Tokai Coffee for a quick coffee and ended up sitting there for a while. The cafe felt clean overall, the tables were wiped down, the floor looked fine, and even the washroom was decent. It got a bit messy near the counter when the rush came in, but the staff did come around and clean it up after some time. It’s a nice place to sit and relax with coffee, even if it’s not absolutely perfect. I’d still go back again.

"Felt cheap and didn’t last"
I’m annoyed. The brewer felt kind of cheap right out of the box, and then the coffee dripper cracked after only two weeks. I don’t have the patience for stuff that barely lasts, so I wouldn’t buy it again.

"The coffee itself was perfectly fine..."
The coffee itself was perfectly fine, and I don’t really have any complaints about the product. That said, the delivery experience was a bit frustrating. It took much longer than the estimated timeframe, and the tracking didn’t update for several days, so I ended up having to follow up myself. Overall, decent coffee, but the shipping was a hassle. Not totally sure I’d order again.

"Hard to find a nearby outlet"
the coffee was fine, but finding a nearby outlet was more frustrating than it should’ve been. The store info on the site wasn’t very clear, so it took me longer than expected to figure out where to go. I just wish they had better location details or more outlets that were easier to get to.
